PooleMcKinley has the solid relationships, institutional knowledge, and experienced team members to get the job done. Though the Florida Legislature traditionally meets for 60 days, PooleMcKinley works day in and day out to ensure that our clients’ priorities are accomplished.  

EXECUTIVE

Providing clients with insight into a government agency, its leadership, and those opportunities that are available or on the horizon are the cornerstones to PooleMcKinley’s advocacy in the executive branch.  Understanding the limitations an agency has while identifying how a client may find avenues for partnering with that agency on a project, the appropriate timing, availability of funds and openness of leadership to work with the private sector encompasses the services PooleMcKinley provides to clients.

REGULATORY

Government regulations are extremely complex and often times have an overpowering impact on those individuals and industries whose primary focus is on expanding commerce in the state.  Companies are forced to expend significant hours and often, fiscal resources, to comply with frequently evolving regulations.
